- RULES – CUSTODY OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY
The guest is considered the custodian of the apartment and releases Management from any liability for direct or indirect damages caused by negligent or intentional acts of other guests or third parties in general. The guest also releases Management from any responsibility for items kept inside the apartment or the safe. The guest agrees to accept without reservation, comply with, and ensure compliance with this internal regulation and the directory available in all units.
If the guest uses the unattended parking area, they release Palace Sette S.r.l. from any liability for theft or damage occurring during their stay or during entry or exit from the parking facility.
Lastly, the guest agrees to allow inspections inside the apartment if necessary, upon prior notice from the staff.
- CREDIT CARDS
In the event of non-payment due to refusal or insolvency, Palace Sette S.r.l. is authorized to report the guest for fraudulent insolvency – an offense under Article 641 of the Italian Penal Code – or, if necessary, recover the outstanding amount using the credit card provided at the time of booking and/or check-in.
By accepting these terms, the guest expressly authorizes Palace Sette S.r.l. to charge said credit card for any additional costs incurred during the stay, such as, by way of example but not limited to, city tax, parking fees, extra bed, dishwashing service by our staff, late check-out, late check-in, and any unpaid balances prior to departure.
- PRIVACY NOTICE FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 – GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that the personal data required for economic and administrative activities and for transmission to the competent authorities, as requested by Palace Sette S.r.l. – owner of the Loger Confort Residence & Apartments brand – will be subject to automated processing operations, including collection, registration, processing, and storage in a database.
The data controller is Palace Sette S.r.l., headquartered at Via XX Settembre 5. The data processor is also Palace Sette S.r.l., located at the same address.
The data necessary for public safety compliance, such as credit card information and/or payment guarantees, is mandatory. Failure to provide such data will result in our inability to provide the requested services.
You may exercise your rights under Articles 7 and following of the Italian Data Protection Code, including:
1.Obtaining confirmation of the existence of your personal data from the controller;
2.Learning the origin, logic, and purposes of the data processing;
3.Requesting the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, as well as the updating, correction, or – if desired – integration of such data;
4.Objecting to the processing of data for commercial purposes.
