RULES – DUTY OF CARE AND LIABILITY

The guest is considered the custodian of the apartment and releases the Management from any liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the negligent or intentional actions of other guests or third parties in general. Furthermore, the guest releases the Management from any responsibility regarding the contents of the apartment, including items stored in the safe. The guest agrees to fully accept and comply with the internal rules of the property as well as the directory available in each unit. If using the uncovered parking area, the guest exempts Palace Sette S.r.l. from any liability for theft or damage that may occur during their stay or while entering or exiting the parking facility.

Lastly, the guest agrees to allow staff to access the apartment for inspection purposes, upon prior notification and in case of necessity.

Credit Card: Data and Charges: In the event of non-payment due to refusal or insolvency, Palace Sette S.r.l. is authorized to report the guest for fraudulent insolvency – an offense under Article 641 of the Italian Criminal Code – or to pursue legal action to recover the amount due, including through charges to the credit card provided at the time of booking and/or check-in. By signing below, the guest expressly authorizes Palace Sette S.r.l. to charge the aforementioned card(s) for any additional costs incurred during the stay, including (but not limited to) city tax, parking, extra beds, dishwashing service, late check-out, late check-in, and any other unpaid charges at the time of departure.

Privacy Notice – Data Processing Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 – GDPR (concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data),

We hereby inform you that the data concerning the performance of economic and administrative activities, as well as the transfer of such data to the competent authorities, as required by Palace Sette Srl – owner of the brand Loger Confort Residence & Apartments – will be subject to automated processing operations, including but not limited to collection, recording, processing, and storage within a database.

The Data Controller is Palace Sette S.r.l., with its registered office located at Via XX Settembre 5.

The Data Processor is also Palace Sette S.r.l., domiciled at the aforementioned address.

The provision of personal data required for fulfilling obligations related to public security regulations — including, but not limited to, credit card details and/or payment guarantees — is mandatory. Failure to provide such data will render us unable to deliver the requested services.

In accordance with Articles 7 and following of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code, you may exercise your rights vis-à-vis the Data Controller, including the right to:

Obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you;

Be informed of the source of the data, as well as the logic and purposes upon which the processing is based;

Request the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, and to request the updating, rectification, or, where relevant, the integration of such data;

Object to the processing of personal data for commercial or marketing purposes.

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The undersigned hereby declares to have read the privacy notice concerning the methods and purposes of the processing of personal data, attached hereto, and to have been fully informed about the methods of use and storage of the data of the Data Subject.

In light of the above, the undersigned declares:

To accept the terms and conditions of the Agreement regarding the services of leasing, purchase, sale, exchange, contribution, administration, and management of real estate, either directly or through intermediaries (mandatory consent)
